president): is there a provision in the health care law that prevents
Congress from looting the health care fund; are there provisions that
actually spell out what kind of "health care" a person is going to
receive, i.e., if a person needs a transplant, who decides whether the
person will get a transplant; for people who continue to abuse their
bodies through food, drink, drugs and whose health deteriorates because
of this abuse and they want to use the health care system, do I get a say
in whether they get ongoing treatment or not or do I get a say in how
they need to clean up their life (because I will be paying for their
medicines, doctors visits, etc-aw, and you have all the koch bros
